Service Alert & December Announcement

Update: An issue causing custom emblem images to fail to render has been resolved. All services have been confirmed as operational. Credits spent beginning November 1st have been returned so members may reprocess their emblem uploads.

SERVICE ALERT: We are currently investigating reports of emblems failing to render to Social Club. We strongly advise against performing an upload until we provide an update. Any uploads pending approval have been automatically reversed. This feed will be updated with further information shortly. If you requested an upload more than 48 hours ago and it has not rendered to Social Club, please contact Customer Support for a reimbursement of credit.

December Announcement GTAEmblem has now been running for 4 years, with evolution as its core. With the introduction of simplistic features and annual changes to our website's architecture, our customers are at the heart of everything we do.

Over the next few months, we will be making some editorial changes to the service. This includes; improved diagnostics and error reporting during the upload process, an update to our Terms of Service to reflect changes to service architecture and a more fluid customer support system.

As GTAEmblem is run primarily by automated systems, we occasionally experience bugs or interface mishaps which may not be immediately identified. We rely on our members and editorial staff to report these to us for correction. From this month onward, we will be accelerating our ability to proactively detect these and make corrections where necessary.
